Mental wellness sets the base for a balanced and healthy life. By identifying your blockages, limiting beliefs, or lack of self-mastery, you can work on yourself and significantly improve your mental wellness.
In this session, we will assess your emotional body, your energetic centers, and some aspects of your physical body, using mediumship and/or magnetism
This assessment tells you which areas need improvement (e.g., releasing emotional traumas, changing behavioral patterns, managing your emotions and thoughts, etc.) and how to do so to enhance your mental wellness.
